To rent a vehicle in France, you must be at least 18 years old and have had your driving license for at least 2 years.

Note that only certain categories of vehicles are available for hire for young drivers.

We cannot guarantee in advance the availability of any particular model. When making your reservation, only the vehicle category is confirmed. The model that will be delivered to you will depend on availability on the day.

To collect your vehicle, you must bring: your reservation confirmation (digital or paper format) your identity card or passport, your driver's license and your credit card.

The documents presented must be valid on the day of delivery.

Yes, the security deposit varies depending on the vehicle category.

In the event of an accident, the security deposit will be returned after repair of the vehicle and payment of all damage.

BURNER Location gives itself the right to keep and collect the deposit one month after the customer's visit, for management costs in the event of a fine or if the repairs to a damaged vehicle have not been reimbursed.

The amount of the deposit will be blocked on your bank card in the form of a pre-authorization. Cheques are not accepted.

The bank card used must be a credit card, allowing funds to be blocked.

You can add one or more additional drivers.

Each additional driver will be charged € 20 per day.

The tenant is required to check the condition of the vehicle and the information on the rental contract at the time of delivery.

Before leaving the agency, make sure to point out to the lessor all the defects not listed on your contract so that it is rectified by the lessor.

Depending on the severity of the accident, immediately call for help:

• Firefighters: 18
• SAMU: 15

We will bring you a replacement vehicle according to the conditions you have chosen during your reservation.

In the event of a puncture:

• If your vehicle has a spare tire, replace the flat tire.
• If you do not have a spare tire, you will find a tire sealant and an inflator in the vehicle.

Then go to our partner BAMY Pneus (location shown on the document attached to your rental contract).

Present the photocopy of the vehicle registration document, have the wheel repaired or replaced, then pay your invoice with a 20% discount.
